Mountain Dog Slip Lead

We wanted a leash that could do it all, and here it is!

Our Mountain Dog leash has a slip lead on one side and a clip on the other. The clip allows you to conveniently tether your pup while they practice place, clip it to their collar, or use it as an adjustable hands-free cross-body option on walks.

The slip lead side offers more finesse when teaching leash pressure with the ability to place it high and snug on your dogs neck for more responsiveness.

Use this leash to go hiking, teach obedience, or any time you want a leash that can do it all.

All Mountain Dog leashes are assembled by hand in Phoenix, AZ, made from up-cycled climbing rope, and sized for ALL dogs.

How To Use Our Slip Lead

Note: These leashes aren’t designed for dogs to lean into or pull on constantly. If your dog is consistently pulling, that’s a training issue, not a leash issue!

Teaching your dog to understand and respond to leash pressure as a cue is key. When a dog pulls into the leash over and over, it can put unnecessary strain on their neck and trachea over time.
