1. Program Description

Summit Off-Leash School is an online dog training school for dog owners, owned and operated by Summit Homestead LLC.

You get 4-month access to our training program, our private Skool community, educational content, video lessons, group coaching calls, direct access to me and my team of trainers, discussions, and additional training resources.

 You understand that this program is educational in nature and that results depend on many factors including your consistency, your dog’s temperament, prior training history, health, and environment. No specific results are guaranteed.

2. No Veterinary or Medical Advice

This program does not provide veterinary, medical, behavioral diagnosis, or emergency services. All content is for educational purposes only.

You are responsible for consulting with a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional regarding any medical or behavioral concerns with your dog.

3. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury to people, animals, or property.

By participating in this program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training activities and agree that you are solely responsible for your dog’s handling, safety, and supervision at all times.

You agree to release and hold harmless Summit Homestead LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

4. Payment, Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Skool community and training materials.

Access is provided digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and login credentials associated with your purchase.

Sharing your login or program materials with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

Your purchase is protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase.

If you complete the required onboarding steps, actively participate in the program, and determine within 30 days that the program is not a good fit, you may request a refund by contacting our support team within the 30-day window.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must submit your request within 30 calendar days of purchase.

•  Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of community guidelines or content usage policies.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Requests submitted after the 30-day window.

• Removal from the community due to violations of these terms.

• Abuse of the refund policy or excessive refund behavior.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of refund eligibility.

6. Community Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully within the community.

Harassment, abusive behavior, spam, illegal activity, or disruption of the community may result in removal without refund.

Summit Homestead reserves the right to remove any member at its discretion to protect the integrity of the community.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, documents, frameworks, and materials provided by Summit Homestead are protected intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or create derivative works without written permission.

This license is for your personal use only.

8. Results Disclaimer

You acknowledge that dog training outcomes vary and that no guarantees of behavior change, off-leash reliability, or specific performance are made.

Your success depends on your effort, consistency, timing, environment, and adherence to the program.

You are responsible for your dog's safety and training outcomes.

9. Termination of Access

Summit Homestead reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, misuse of content, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

No refunds will be issued in cases of termination for cause.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Homestead LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your participation or use of the program.

Your maximum potential recovery shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Summit Homestead LLC operates.

12. Agreement Acceptance
